Lunge.

In this comic, I tried to build some tension between Jeffro and Caitlin and even tried to allude to as-of-yet-unrevealed backstory to their history (like why Jeffro really doesn’t have a nose).

As for the Coldplay reference, I think a lot of music hipsters are saddened by the fact that they are getting really popular. For me, I’ve always have and always will support those awkward British chaps. I’m just sad that their concert tickets are outrageously expensive now.

Cyrus is in the Game.

I cheated on this one; I used old stock images of some of the characters to produce this comic. Very “I Hate Pam”. This was also the very first appearance of Kyle’s Smashtastic Destructo-Bot, the killer senior engineering project who plays a pivotal role in “The End of the Road” story arc of Spring 2005.

Just Friends.

The “Rules of Attraction” storyline is complete, making it the longest story arc I have ever written/drawn. After talking to Suz, I’ve decided to release one comic a day (Monday through Friday), which will give me a buffer-zone to draw up some new stuff. I guess you’ll just have to wait to see the conclusion… suspense, and all. Keep tuned in, however! There’s gonna be some changes — content-wise — to the site!

And keep commenting!

Erotic Kitchen Appliance Stories.

This marked the first appearance of ZCC as a toaster since he was initially killed and reincarnated. It was also the real ZCC’s birthday.

We Need a Toaster / The Sixth Roommate.

The Sausage-Fest crew gains a 6th roommate, ZCC. In later comics, however, ZCC’s face appears on the toaster; I love drawing his face, namely stippling in his beard.

And so ends year 2.

Unexpected Terror!

My favorite part of drawing this comic was the rain and the soft glow it casts on everyone.

Oh, and the Smashtastic Destructo-Bot returns. Full circle, folks.

I Like the Word “Amok.”

All senior engineering students have to design and work on a final project. They often have a company sponsor their final projects.

Also, for your information, LAS stands for “Liberal Arts and Sciences,” and LAS majors remain rivals to engineering students.

I also must reiterate that I like the word “amok.”

Smashtastic Destructo-Bot.

Smashtastic Destructo-Bot was first introduced (or constructed) here, during the “Rules of Attraction” storyline.

Oh, and it wasn’t the final storyline; just the last one of the school year.
