Art of Seduction: Attempt #3.

Little known fact: I started the “Rules of Attraction” storyline before I updated Jeffro’s current hairstyle. When I decided to continue the arc, I photoshopped Jeffro’s old hair out and replaced with the current one.

Blatant Alcoholism and Homoerotic Desires.

I always say you can’t have a proper storyline without Duder the Stereotypical Frat Boy. The mention of VD Chalmers is a spoof of CO Daniels (my ex-employers at the DI prohibited me from using the official names of real bars), a local Champaign-Urbana bar that caters to idiot freshmen and skanky Greeks.

Oh, and keep watch for site changes; I’m adding a few spiffy graphics to the pages.

Just Friends.

The “Rules of Attraction” storyline is complete, making it the longest story arc I have ever written/drawn. After talking to Suz, I’ve decided to release one comic a day (Monday through Friday), which will give me a buffer-zone to draw up some new stuff. I guess you’ll just have to wait to see the conclusion… suspense, and all. Keep tuned in, however! There’s gonna be some changes — content-wise — to the site!

And keep commenting!

Facebook Me!

There are two things I like about this comic: spoiling “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” and dropping Nick Greene’s name. I swear, I don’t think there’s anyone on Illinois’ campus that doesn’t know Nick Greene.

Duder and His Harem.

So what’s the deal between Duder and his harem? Riches, bitches.Everyone seems to enjoy the background banter Duder’s harem provides.

Inspired by MichaelMoore.com, CNN, The Village Voice, and Caroline Mitgang.

I was apprehensive, at first, about publishing this comic. I didn’t want to appear too insensitive or trivialize such a horrible tragedy. However, after watching the news — especially the angry remarks from the New Orleans mayor — and reading up on some stuff on the web, I felt compelled to criticize the government’s apparent apathetic reaction.I’m trying to see all of this on an objective level, despite my liberal point-of-views. Yes, this was a tremendous catastrophe that would have happened even if we were prepared and no, Bush had no way of stopping the hurricane; it’s fucking mother nature. Nevertheless, the government’s way of handling the aftermath of Katrina was incredibly idiotic and disgusting. I sympathize with the New Orlean residents’ anger, sadness, and resentment.

A Box of Legos.

This was around the time when Pope John Paul II and comedian Mitch Hedberg passed away.

Lastly, it’s really cool that Death likes to play the PS2 and has pigtails.
